長野県安曇野市で竹工房を構える吉田佳道さんの展示会を開催いたします。
安曇野は四季折々の自然に囲まれた美しい場所にあります。吉田さんの花籠は野に咲く花を生けたくなります。その花籠は繊細で編み込まれた技術が目に留まりますが、その美しさの中に吉田さんの優しいお人柄を感じることができ、庭に咲く花を毎日そっと生ける楽しみを教えてくれます。
この度の展示では花籠を中心に菓子器や茶籠周りの道具などを展示いたします。
秋の牛窓に散歩がてらお越しください。

螺旋状に右斜め上に登っていく山道のような編み方から名付けられた縦長の形をした花籠。
扇型の手がついており、花を生けると手があることで景色が変わります。
漆と硝煙を混ぜたものを塗り重ねて仕上げています。
